The Billboard Top 600 Hits of the last 60 years (#100-81)

Hello, my friends, old and new! It's the end of summer and I still don't feel like being cooped up to do research and write a few thousand words, like most of you who don't feel like reading long stories right now, you and I would rather be swimming or something. However: I have recently come across a very interesting list of songs, celebrating the 60 years anniversary of the American Hot 100 of pop hits, as published by Billboard magazine. I think you'll enjoy listening to these songs that cover every single genre that was in fashion during all these years. I'm thinking of just presenting the songs with as few words as possible, just the necessary info. This way I can post regularly, perhaps even every day.

  1. Am I the only one who thinks "Perfect" sounds like "Wings of a Dove" (by Ferlin Husky)? Of course "Wings of a Dove" sounds like "Tramp on the Street" which sounds like a lot of other country songs, but still. . . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3usXFCh56iA
