  1. Henry McCullough's guitar solo on "My Love" has been described as one of rock music’s greatest solos. Paul McCartney himself said in 2010:

"I'd sort of written the solo, as I often did write our solos. And he walked up to me right before the take and said, 'Hey, would it be alright if I try something else?' And I said, 'Er… yeah.' It was like, 'Do I believe in this guy?' And he played the solo on My Love, which came right out of the blue. And I just thought, Fucking great. And so there were plenty of moments like that where somebody's skill or feeling would overtake my wishes."

  2. Those are some sobering statistics yianang. January and November seem especially hard hit. December, too. I don't know if I want to turn on the news tomorrow as I fear it ain't over til it's over.
Not sure if you're familiar but take a look. Sounds good:

    1. Good day RM and a very Happy New Year to you too!!!! I guess the first months of winter would claim more people than the rest. It feels like this year was worse though...

Thanks a great lot for the songs that you proposed. I didn't know either and loved them both. The Trojan Souls sessions documentary is quite long, but looks very interesting. I will watch it asap. I think it's safe to say that a new record of unreleased material is forthcoming, no?
